Worldwide shipping is happening.

September 2023 marks the start of All InSeason international shipping! International customers can now experience the same seamless ordering process as our current Australian and New Zealand customers.

FROM AUSTRALIA TO NEW ZEALAND

In 2015, we started with Dried and Preserved Flowers. In 2018, we transitioned to becoming 100% online, enabling us to service our customers Australia-wide faster while at the same time providing a better overall experience. Australian businesses could find us quickly, but now international companies could, too, specifically from New Zealand.

We know New Zealand and Australia are ranked amongst the most regulated countries concerning Biosecurity and dried and preserved Flowers. Through trial and error, we learned that sending dried and preserved flowers to New Zealand is more complex than you would think. New Zealand customs, bio-security, and country-specific dried flower requirements were new and ever-changing, resulting in (too) long delivery delays.

This experience prompted us to set up All InSeason New Zealand in 2018. From this moment, we were finally able to service New Zealand.

TO THE WORLD

Since 2018, we have been getting requests from businesses worldwide to supply them with our wide range of dried and preserved wholesale flowers. While we did send many orders, the process involved lots of quoting, emails and manual jobs.

Fast forward to 2023, and we have finally integrated international orders into our e-commerce platform. International customers can now experience the same seamless ordering process as our current Australian and New Zealand customers.

PRICING & SHIPPING

International customers will see prices in Australian Dollars, GST/TAX-free and including shipping. Due to the range of flowers, with different shapes and sizes, the decision for pricing, including shipping, was easy.

Because now all international orders will be processed the same way as our Australian orders, the shipping will be equally fast; orders placed before 12 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time on weekdays will be sent the same day.

DOCUMENTATION

All international orders will be sent with a declaration of manufacturing and include the botanical names.

While most countries, like the U.S.A. and Singapore, don't require import permits, some countries do have special requirements, like Fiji. They need the importer to have an import permit and a Phytosanitary Certificate. (A phytosanitary certificate is a document that certifies the health status of plants and plant products for export.) We can organise an inspection and the Phytosanitary Certificate.
